De un extremo a otro

El domingo perdimos contra los segundos y aunque aguanté bastante bien el partido, me di cuenta de que no tengo mucho fondo. Tantas semanas sin jugar por culpa de las lesiones han hecho que esté fuera de forma y que haya ganado un par de kilos. Así que para ganar algo de fondo y ayudar a bajar la barriga he decidido salir a correr algunos días cada semana. En realidad me he 'acoplado' a las salidas de mi amigo Alfredo, que él si que tiene más costumbre de salir a correr. De hecho ayer fue mi primer día y estuvimos corriendo por los frailes, no aguanto tanto como Alfredo, pero para ser el primer día no estuvo mal. Ahora sólo falta que lo haga con asiduidad y que no lo deje, a ver si soy capaz.

 

Hace un rato, Rocío me ha recordado mi particular 'montaña rusa' en un comentario de una entrada antigua. Y retomando ese tema, el de las subidas y las bajadas, el de los extremos opuestos, etc..., me ha venido a la memoria una canción que tenía pendiente de incluir y cuya letra refleja exactamente eso. Por cierto, Katy Perry se parece un montón a Zooey Deschanel (actriz y cantante de She & Him), pongo una foto de las dos juntas para que lo comprobéis.
